MYEDUSOLVE IMPACT REPORT
Learn, Grow, and Pursue Your Dreams
Statement from Head of Programs and Data
Sheri Lohardjo
At MyEduSolve, things are always changing. With each year, we are amassing more learners into our community, running new programs, and holding different events. Our team expands, and with it, our capacity to serve our learners.
Nevertheless, our goal remains the same: to run ourselves out of business. How? By fighting youth unemployment through digital literacy. By creating learning journeys and opportunities for self-development based on digital skills. And by helping young people harness their abilities and grow their self-confidence to reach their fullest potential.
As we carry out our work, we keep a close eye on the impact we are making. Nothing is more fulfilling than when one of our program graduates finds that perfect first job, or when a learner passes a certification exam that proves to others – and themselves – that they’ve got what it takes.
In this report, you will read some of these stories and see the results of our work.
Thank you for being a part of our story.

Our Vision
“Transforming Indonesia’s workforce through digital literacy”
MyEduSolve
Learn, grow, and pursue their dreams. Young people in Indonesia and across the world deserve the opportunity to accomplish these things. Yet it is this precise demographic – aged 15-24 – that make up almost half of all unemployed people in Indonesia.
MyEduSolve was founded in 2019 as a response to this challenge: to help our country meet the needs of this rapidly changing workforce. We help young people equip themselves with the digital skills required to succeed in today’s job market.
The result? A new generation that is both job-ready and future-ready.

Training
MyEduSolve specializes in training for digital skills, and we work to extend this learning beyond traditional classroom contexts. We conducted 4 trainings this year for corporate, academic, and government partners. Through these trainings, we help stakeholders to improve the way they work.
Online Training
We held 2 online corporate trainings for TELKOM and PLN. For TELKOM we offered 2 certification programs, which were Microsoft Office Specialist (Excel Associate) and PMI: Project Management Ready. For PLN, the corporate training provided was AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals.
Offline Training
We also held 2 in-person intensive trainings, guided by licensed trainers. After taking the intensive, participants take the international certification exam. There were 15 and 10 participants respectively from Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja Bekasi. The certification programs offered were for Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Certified Educator.
Certification
In 2022, MyEduSolve made significant strides through strategic collaborations with bootcamps and institute: Tech Data, Metrodata Academy, and ITHB.
We didn't just offer certifications - we provided a competitive edge to 108 ambitious learners, equipping them to stand tall in the job market. With MyEduSolve at the helm, certifications aren't just about credentials - they're about real-world impact. Through our strategic partnerships in 2022, we didn't just prepare 108 participants to compete - we set them up to lead. Our work is a testament to the elevation of tech education standards in Indonesia, one certification at a time.
