The refund amount is based on how many conditions you meet. If you meet all requirements, you can claim up to 100% of your registration fee (after deductions for administration and taxes).

Choose a certification program that is part of the #PastiLulus scheme on the MyEduSolve website, then complete your payment.

After your payment is successful, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with program details and a link to access your MyEduSolve profile.

Once you agree to the T&C, you can proceed to complete the initial assessment, which includes a Device & Environment Check, Intentionality Assessment, and Self-Assessment.

If your assessment results meet the requirements, you will officially enter the #PastiLulus program and start the full journey: onboarding, mentoring, and goal setting with the MyEduSolve team.

When you feel ready, you can schedule your exam and take the official certification test at the time you choose.

In addition to learning materials and technical support, participants will also receive various support features such as:

Requirements to Apply for a Refund

To apply for a refund, you must meet the following 9 criteria:

Complete 100% of LearnKey modules, including pre-assessment, learning videos, exercise labs, and post-assessment.
Complete at least 3 Practice Mode sessions in CertPREP.
Complete at least 3 Test Mode sessions in CertPREP with a minimum score of 850 in each attempt.
Actively participate in all Learning Circle activities.
Attend all scheduled Co-Learning sessions.
Meet all technical requirements (device, internet connection, etc.).
Complete a consultation session with a MyEduSolve Career Consultant to set learning goals and a study plan.
Fill out and complete all program assessments (Eligibility, Intentionality, and Aptitude) before starting the program.
Submit the refund request within 14 calendar days after the retake exam.

How Much Refund Can You Get?

If I Don’t Meet All the Requirements, Can I Still Apply for a Refund?

If you don’t meet all the requirements, the refund will be given proportionally based on the number of criteria you fulfilled. Here’s the breakdown:

9 out of 9 criteria → 100% refund (after deductions)
8 out of 9 criteria → 85% refund
7 out of 9 criteria → 70% refund
6 out of 9 criteria → 55% refund
5 out of 9 criteria → 40% refund
Less than 5 criteria → No refund

For example, if you meet 9 out of 9 criteria, you will receive a 100% refund.
